RozMoni offers a 1-day free trial so you can fully experience all features before paying. We strongly recommend confirming the Service meets your needs during the trial period.

2. Refund Policy

The Service offers a 1-day free trial to evaluate all features before payment. Once a subscription payment is made, no refunds will be issued.

Exceptions may apply in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges: If a system error causes duplicate billing, we will refund the overcharge.
  • Major service outage: If a system failure on our end makes the Service completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated refund for the current billing period.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to support@roz-moni.com
  2. Use "Refund Request" as the email subject.
  3. Include: your registered email, subscription date, and reason for refund.
  4. We will respond and process your request within 3 business days.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through the original Paddle payment method. Processing time depends on the payment method — typically 5-10 business days for credit cards; other methods may take longer.

5. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel auto-renewal anytime through the "Manage Subscription" button on your account page. After cancellation, you can continue using the Service until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund.
