1. Service Description
RozMoni ("the Service") is a desktop automation tool for MMORPG games that operates by simulating keyboard and mouse input to interact with the game interface. It does not modify the game process, packets, or memory. The Service provides auto storage management, multi-window monitoring, and auto reconnect features through the website (roz-moni.com and its subdomains) for account management, subscription management, and software downloads.
2. Account & Authorization
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to register an account.
- Each account is limited to one device binding. Sharing, transferring, or selling accounts is prohibited.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Losses from unauthorized access are your responsibility.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
3. Subscription & Payment
- The Service offers a 1-day free trial. A paid subscription is required after the trial ends.
- Subscription fee is $10 per month (USD), processed through the Paddle platform.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the current period ends.
- Prices may change. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price changes.
4. Usage Restrictions
- The Service is for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.
- Decompiling, reverse engineering, modifying, or redistributing the software is prohibited.
- Using the Service for any illegal activity is prohibited.
- All in-game consequences of using the software (including but not limited to account bans) are the user's sole responsibility.
5. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for your specific needs.
- We are not responsible for functionality issues caused by game updates, server maintenance, or third-party factors.
- The Service is an independently developed third-party tool with no affiliation to any game publisher. It is not an officially authorized product.
6. Intellectual Property
All source code, interface designs, documentation, and related content are the intellectual property of RozMoni. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the website or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court.
